Ansys Mechanical not opening correctly, giving blank grey screen

      Hi guys,

      I recently installed the 2024 R1 student version. I searched for similar problems on the forum and tried all of the things, things I tried, updated the Nvidia driver, used "set PATH=C:WINDOWSsystem32;C:WINDOWS;C:WINDOWSSystem32Wbem" in cmd prompt, there is no .err file under 'ANSYS Inc/ANSYS Student. I do not know if it is related to 'environment variable' changed it for a project in vs code. I am out of options here.

      Hi Ayman,

      Please share the screenshot of error. Also type %appdata% in start menu and rename Ansys folder to Ansys.old
