As an Ansys employee, I can't access external links in the post.
Can you include screenshots of what you have designed? Also, explain what is the result you are expecting.
Also if you are referring to some tutorials make sure you used the same exact materials used in the tutorial. This could be one of the reasons if you are seeing a difference in your results compared to the tutorial.
