I have downloaded ANSYS student and using it for my study purposes. Now I have started doing some Ansys innovation courses and they are very useful for me. However, I am unable to download some files which are in the courses(error screenshot attached) and it redirects me to this page(screenshot attached) where I am asked to do the registration in which I have to add Account Number(Customer Number) which I am unable to find. Please help and do the needful.

It looks like something got tangled up in the back end. It's also sending you to the PCB files. Give it a day or two and try again & report back.

Thank you for the reply but this problem is there since a month or two ago when I started doing some innovation courses. I have registered using my institute e-mail address only. Is there anything I have to do? Do we get Account Number(Customer Number) for ANSYS student version as part of the license? as it is redirecting me to complete the registration(screenshot attached)

You shouldn't need the Customer Portal access for this - the whole point of the AIC is it's "public" domain owned by us rather than "customer" domain which requires export checks etc. I can't get to the files either, and I have staff level access to the Portal. 

You may have noticed the Community changes, it's all part of that. I've also heard back that IT are on the case, and you raising the question means we can give them a reminder.

Thank you for the reply. So, how do we give the IT department a reminder. Do I have to do anything else from my side like sending emails etc ?

Hi! Sorry about the delay, but has your problem been fixed now? If not, could you tell us which AIC course were you trying to download the files from?

Both the links redirect me to the customer registration page. The same problem I faced when I tried to download AIC course files(which is solved now)

Open Help from the solver (any will do) then copy the link into the same browser. The Help system is behind a password but Help bypasses the checks.
