Ansys Icepak PCB Import

After exporting a edb.def file from Altium and opening it in Ansys EDT then inserting an Icepak design and setting up a link to the board, components fail to show up on the board after import. The board itself is should be correct since when looking at the metal fraction layer during import, it shows the correct layer details. The following dialogue after the Metal Fraction shows an empty set of Parameters. In an earlier dialogue when doing "setup link", the part settings is empty. I think this is the issue for the missing parts on the PCB but I'm unsure how to fix this.

Here is a photo showing the selection of including packaged parts yet the board seems to be missing them. When using the following device part selections I get the following messages.
