The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

      Hello Syed, 

      Can you please let me know what error are you getting to understand the problem better? Is it stuck on the opening page for a while? 

      I would reccomend please try installing the Service pack 2 from the Discovery Downloads - Ansys Knowledge and see if that helps.

      We have reinstalled SP2 twice but nothing happened, SpaceClaim is flashing and not showing any error.

      Hello Syed, 

      The issue can be corrected by copying Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll from elsewhere to the scdm folder:

      Copy from: $(AWP_ROOT232)\Subscription\bin\Win64\Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll

      to: $(AWP_ROOT232)\scdm\Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll 

      The file you want is 1,407 KB. Let me know if this helps.
