Ansys Fluent: Solar Irradiation stuck at 0

Hey all - trying to run through a solar-powered dryer simulation on Fluent, however when using the solar calculator (under Models > Radiation), i get 0 for the irradiation values. Is there something I need to change for this to work? thanks.
