[Ansys electronics; Maxwell 3D] -> Process ‘G3dMesher’ terminated abnormally.

  Process 'G3dMesher' terminated abnormally. It may have run out of memory or could have been killed by the user.
  Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local
  
  What error caused the interpretation to not proceed?
  Is there a solution?
  I'd appreciate it if you could let me know.
