Hello,
This looks like a defect in the Aqwa Workbench editor. Which version of the Ansys software are you using?
Are you able to get results for any other joints?

Hello,
The problem of 'SC _PLS -Key Number 4 Not Found' for the joint reaction results will not be related to the data that you have defined, it is more likely to be a defect in the program. I will try to reproduce the issue on my own computer. There is no default data for stiffness/damping/friction coefficients in a joint, i.e. the moment around a ball-and-socket joint is zero if these coefficients are left as zero. Please see also my reply to your other post: change position hinged connector (ansys.com)
