ansys aqwa :EiSC _PLS -Key Number 4 Not Found.How to solve?

  I do the ball socket for oblique multi-body floating structure arrangement. I get this error and get the infinity value for joint force.
  how to solve it?
  
  * I know some post with this error has been solve but i cannot open the answer for this question.hope can help me..thank.

  Hello,
  This looks like a defect in the Aqwa Workbench editor. Which version of the Ansys software are you using?
  Are you able to get results for any other joints?

  i arrange the ball socket like below. and i get infinity.
  i want also to ask maybe because i did not key in data detail. what formula that i should known about ball socket?it is have default data for socket ball?

  Hello,
  The problem of 'SC _PLS -Key Number 4 Not Found' for the joint reaction results will not be related to the data that you have defined, it is more likely to be a defect in the program. I will try to reproduce the issue on my own computer. There is no default data for stiffness/damping/friction coefficients in a joint, i.e. the moment around a ball-and-socket joint is zero if these coefficients are left as zero.
