ANSYS Additive error

  I am trying to access Ansys Additive from OCC but am unable to open the software. I have included a screenshot of the error message shown at startup.
  
  There are two services running on port 5000.
  1. NI domain service
  2. Siemens help web server.
  
  I have found no viable way to change the port for these services or ANSYS software.

  Unfortunately there is no way to change the ports for Additive. You could try running within a Virtual Machine if you are unable to change the other ports.
