SubscriberHi there,
I recently encountered an error while working on Ansys and sought guidance on the Ansys forums. However, I was redirected to the Ansys Customer Support Space Registration Form. I've been informed that they could potentially assist me in resolving the UDF error I'm facing, but they require an Account Number (Customer Number) for registration.Â
I've been redirected to use this forum by an employee from my organisation and been told that an engineer will respond within 48 hours. Thank you for your help in advance.Â
Kind Regards,
Neel

Forum ModeratorWhich license are you using? is it a free student product? If you are using an enterprise license, then only you can open a new case using your account number. If that is the case, please go through the following link that is described here https://www.ansys.com/support/retrieving-your-customer-numberÂ
If you are using a university license, please post your question in the appropriate category (This one is not the right one.) Please try to include as much details of your error, along with inline images, as Ansys employees will not be able to exchange any files over the forum.
Please go through the forum guidelines in the signature below:

SubscriberHi Aniket,
What would the appropriate category be to post this if it is for a university license?
Thank you for your help.Â

Forum ModeratorHi Neel,
Please navigate to /forum/, scroll to Ansys Simulation, and choose the appropriate channel to post your question! It seems like Fluids (/forum/forums/forum/discuss-simulation/fluids/) to me with my limited exposure to that area, but please choose the correct one to get prompt responses!
