As i am doing 2d static structural analysis of rollcage, i face this error "A failure occurred inside the mesh refinement module." while using adaptive convergency. I'm trying to converge FOS, but in some tests the graph started but while refinement gets smaller after some iterations the errors shows up and in some tests the graph cant even starting, sometimes even by changing boundary conditions the graph starts to plot but with same boundary condition in other tests it doesn't. And even if the graph goes upto 6-7 iterations before obviously that stupid error comes up there is no sign of convergency
