SubscriberWe upgraded the Ansys License Manager to 2024 R1 and copied our licenses over. Since upgrading, 2019 R3 clients are unable to check out a license. 2023 R1 clients, however, can. When trying to open 2019 R3, the error is:Â
"Could not connect to any license server. The server is down or not responsive. ANSYSLI_SERVERS: 2325@server.local FLEXlm Servers: 1055@server.local Could not connect to license server: 2325@server.local. System error: 0"
These ports are open. What are we missing? Does the new LM support 2019 clients?Â

Ansys EmployeeHi Rachel,
Ansys v2024R1 LM does not support applications lower to v2021R1, your new LM v241 is freshly installed? or is it updated through lower version?

SubscriberOk, thanks! Thought this might be the case. This is a fresh install of the v241 LM. We'll update all applications to v2021 R1 and up.Â
