Node license but no node license input option

  Hello,
  I am using Lumerical software "Ansys Lumerical R1.2" which I am supposed to gain access to via a node license. However, there is no option to input the node license into the license page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times to try to get the option to show up with no luck. What are your thoughts?
