Unable to access Ansys Workbench 2021R1 using a VPN

  I have an issue with opening Ansys workbench remotely using a VPN. When I click on Workbench, it seems that it will work, but then nothing happens. It works fine when I use the machine itself. I’ve renamed the Ansys folder on the %Appdata%, but that didn’t fix it. I have two error log files that may help.

  So you are using VPN to connect to the network and then remote desktop to login to the machine experiencing the problem? Can you try updating graphics drivers on your machine and on the remote machine? Please install the latest drivers from the graphic vendor's website.n
