I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019, and I followed tips from a different forum to add system path variables. In consecutive order, my path variables are:
%SystemRoot%system32
%SystemRoot%
Program FilesMicrosoft Visual Studio2019CommunityCommon7Tools
Program FilesMicrosoft Visual Studio2019CommunityVC
Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Studentv195fluentntbinwin64

Forum ModeratorIf you're using 2020R2 you'll spot an option for an inbuilt compiler on the UDF compile panel: try that. n
