ANSYS Output Black Boxes Hiding Numerical Values

Hi. When I output results as FIGURE in ANSYS Mechanical, the printed report has black boxes hiding numerical values. In the mechanical workspace, the values are fine, although I notice that at the start when I freshly open a file the values are also black as if the values are loading.
