completed the 6 learning track courses but BADAGES are missing

  Hello Ansys innovation space support Team,
  I am writing to request assisatance with missing completion badages for six courses i have recently finished for each course my dashboard shows the 100% complete & i have successfully passed course assessments/quizzes However, the corresponding badages have not appeared in my Credly account after waiting more than 48 hours so , give me the immidiate solution to getting the badages , to apply the badage's certificate last date is 31st december 2025 before that give me some way to get it
  the name of the coureses : 1 Get started with Ansys mechanical , 2 Geometry Representation , 3 Connecting parts together , 4 structural boundary conditions , 5 Numerically accurate results , 6 Results insight
