LS Pre-Post save window does’t pop up and can’t save the file

  I tested LSPP version 4.10 to 4.13 in 3 different computers, there are same problems.

  Hello User,
  A colleague of mine recently had a similar issue, and this helped:
  1. Open the Run application, and search for “%appdata%.
  2. A window pops up, and under the LSTC folder, you should see something like below:
  4. Close all the LSPP windows you have opened, and if there are issues with 4.13, change the “LS-PrePost4.13” folder to “LS-PrePost4.13_old”. You will need to repeat this for all of the problematic versions.
