hey sir ,I am getting error while mechanical initialization to complete ansys. My mechanical window gets grey and remains grey .I waited for 3,4 hours to it open.But when i close it ,I get connection lost. 

I have latest drivers installed of Intel HD Graphics 4000.I have a space of 8.3 gb available in c drive.See attached ss pls

P.s I do not get error in opening and loading geomtery in spaceclaim
