Problem to open ANSYS Workbench

  Hello everyone I´m having problems with the installation of the student´s version of ANSYS 2025, I used to use the 2021 version with de comercial license, but I need to use the last version for use the H2 PUMP module in fluent, the problem is when have installed the last version, (2025 version) and I try to open ANSYS workbench its appears me this error, if anyone knows to solve it, please help me.

  Hi Miguel,
  Did you install the student version with admin access? Do you have any install.err file "C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ANSYS Student" if yes share the content/ screenshot of it.
  Try to workbench via path "C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ANSYS Student\v251\Framework\bin\Win64\runwb2" as an admin too
