  I am quite new to Ansys and I need help resolving this error:
  
  *** ERROR ***                           CP =       0.359   TIME= 16:09:01
  The element option SHELL181 was either not ordered with this Ansys
  installation or the appropriate product was not selected for this
  session.
  Contact your Ansys support person for more information.

  When is this error observed, also are you using student free version or academic version of Ansys?
