Connection Timed out while reading data

  Hello
  
  I have experienced issues with licensing my ANSYS copy. Beforehand I had issues where my Workbench was working but I was unable to access the Analysis Systems. I clean installed ANSYS and now I have an issue where the connection times out while reading data.
  
  Any help would be appreciated because I'm unable to do any work on Workbench.

  Open CMD Prompt then enter the command
  
  move "%appdata%ansys" "%appdata%ansys.old"
  
  Does this help ?
  
  If not, in CMD Prompt, enter the command
  
  set
  
  and post the output of it here
