Free Faces in 3D CFD for formula student car

  Running into issues with free faces after doing poly hexcore volumetric mesh. Shows no problems with the surface mesh with a max skeweness of 0.77 and no free faces. But when computing a volumetric mesh free faces begin to show. I am really stuck and would appreciate any help.

  I have also checked missing faces, gaps, small faces, and other repair tabs in spaceclaim and have made my best attempt to create a watertight geometry.
