ANSYS 2020 r1 setup not working

      Hi everyone.


      I had ANSYS 2019 r3 student version on my laptop. In order to work at home for an internship subject I need to install ANSYS 2020 r1. Thus, I uninstalled ANSYS 2019 r3 and tried to install 2020 r1.


      After unziping the folder and run setup as an administrator, I had a problem : the status bar stays at 0% and a box appears saying Critical Error (not responding) without any text... I have no other ANSYS folder on the laptop and I do need this new version...


      Could you help me please?
