Ansys/Fluent license error

      We are experiencing a licensing issue for users of Fluent. A screenshot of the errors is attached.

      The image is not clear. Can you please insert some zoomed in images. 


      Also moving it to installation and licensing category to get better reply.

      Looks like the connection was refused, have you checked the firewall settings as per the message?  You may need University IT support for this, and also check you have enough hardware & HPC for the 72 cores you requested. Can you run with 4, 8, 16?

      Yes, we checked the Firewall rules and they are configured correctly. We are not seeing this problem from any other network client except for this one. I am the IT support for this case.
