An error in topology optimization in ANSYS2019 R1

  Dear all,
  
  I have workpiece that has boundary condition in steady-state (for add heat flux,convection,fix temperature) and it can solve the problem(temperature) but when I need to use topology optimization the error said "The execution of the optimization solver was not successful.Please verify the install" it means I have wrong install? or I miss to set up something? i had change in mass and volume but it's not work
