SSL Handshake with Server Error

  Hello,
  
  I have a Windows 10 63-bit laptop and I just installed the 2019R3 ANSYS Student version. I followed through the installation steps and encountered this error after I tried to open Workbench:
  
  After clicking 'OK', the component systems of the toolbox only show 'engineering data' and 'geometry'.
  
  When I tried to open Mechanical APDL Launcher, it also gave me an error:
  
  I've tried restarting my laptop and reinstalling ANSYS R3 Student but they didn't work. How can I go about fixing this problem? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
