Ansys license cannot connect to license server

  When I try to use Ansys Thermal desktop I get the error saying it can't find my license so I go into license server settings where I get a green checkmark but when I check features in use I get the error
```
ansyslmd: Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,10032) 

Any idea how to fix the error?

  This is either a network connectivity issue or firewall issue.
  If accessing from a different computer, ensure that your license configuration is set to the correct port and server (check for typos).
  Consult with IT or admins for this information and if your machine can connect with the server
