I am using ansys mechanical, for thermal anlysis of additive manufacturing, i want to find which heat source model does it use (by default) or where we can change it ? Either it use uniform, gaussian, or  Double Elliptical Heat Source . please answer inside analysis setting in model it showing progra, controlled! Please specify

You can find all the details for analysis settings in this Ansys Help Document: 16.1. Analysis Settings for Most Analysis Types
Look for 16.1.3. Solver Controls, 16.1.10. Radiosity Controls & 16.1.15. Nonlinear Controls. Let me know if this helps you or you need any additional details.
