Licensing Error

  I have been using Discovery for the past few days but when I logged in today it comes up with an error saying: unrecognized user. Before it would prompt me to login via browser now? I have a deadline tomorrow so getting access ASAP is crucial.

  Share the screenshot of error, are you using free student version or academics version?
  Do you have license for discovery, if yes then is it floating or subscription license?
