      how to give the BC and how to create the condition of multiphase can anyone give an idea and for give any thermal flux value

      If you have enough cells and the heat load is the same on each cell then you can specify adiabatic boundary conditions on the top and bottom surface.  The adiabatic condition is obtained by not specifying any constraint on surface.  It's less clear what the boundary condition on the vertical surfaces could be.  The only alternative to adiabatic is flux normal which is obtained by coupling temperature on that surface and that doesn't correct because that would make the temperature constant over the entire surface.  If you had included a quarter of the cell to the right of the indicated domain you could apply periodic boundary conditions to the right and left surface.  A periodic boundary condition forces the temperature to be the same at the left and right boundaries and is obtained by coupling temperature across the model.  You describe the analysis as thermal conductivity, but frequently motion of the fluid is important and would require a CFD analysis.

      how can I give the BC in the ansys fluent and how do I get this type of result.  I have tried the steady-state thermal analysis from Ansys and am getting different contours. 

      Can you kindly guide me for this problem and also I'm giving the paper linkNumerical modeling of temperature-dependent effective thermal conductivity of two-phase porous system using square and circular geometries

      Different from what?  Each other?  Different from the paper?  I couldn't access the link.  Create another post for the Fluent question.  We on the mechanical side can't answer questions about Fluent.

      I want to run this simulation but don’t know how to create the setup file in fluent, and how to give the BC, I have tried in the ansys steady-state thermal ansys tool but it was correct or not that I don’t know, or else I’m trying in fluent, kindly give some idea how to run this simulation in fluent, and provide some both mechanical and fluent idea so it can help me a lot.
