Hi Subscriber,
I just tried to install Student version from my side and it runs as expected. May I ask you to uninstall all previous versions of ZOS you might already have on your PC and reinstall it?
KindRegards,
Niki

Hi Niki,
I uninstalled all versions of Zemax on my computer, and redownloaded the ZOS, and it still doesn't work. Still the same error window.
I tried installing and opening it as a "as admin" option, and on the "start menu" bar. But still it isn't working.Â
Would be happy to know if there is somethings else that can be tried.

Hi Subscriber,
Sorry to hear that! Did you also try to install as an admin user or only open it? I would suggest to make sure that you have also installed as an admin user. Let me know if that worked.
Kind Regards,
Niki
