license locked up

  I have a customer has a seat of Ansys Forming with 4 cores if ls-dyna licenses, somehow the 4 core lsdyna always gets locked up, causing user can only run 3 out of the 4, sometimes 1 out 4 lsdyna license, I wonder if anyone know how to fix this issue.

  Do they receive any error, if yes can you please provide screenshot of it?
  Can you try below steps launch application> file> licensing> reset to default> relaunch the application and run the simulation.
