Please help me ! I need help to fix a problem about Ansys

  My name is Gustave, I am a postsecondary education student at Mermoz Montpellier in France and I applied to obtain a student version of Ansys, mainly to use Autodyn. I downloaded it to my external hard drive for space reasons. However, although the installation and opening of the files went well and everything seems tidy, when I open Autodyn or the other software, mainly, I receive an error:
  
  Authorisation Failed - See the version.log file or check the Licensing log files using the ANSLIC_ADMIN utility.
  
  Plus when I click on the question mark button it says this :
  
  Can you help me resolve this issue?

  Is this the Free student Software or are you checking out an academic licenses from a university license server?
  What version is this?
  What is listed in the version.log file?
