Can’t open ACP

  Hello,
  I have a problem when I try to open Ansys ACP. After double clicking on "set up", this error flashed quickly. Even uninstalling and reinstalling ANSYS didn't work. Does anyone know how to solve it.

  Please check if you have the environment variable PYTHONPATH set. try renaming it to soemthing elase and see if that helps.
  19.0 is an older version, are you also running into the same error with Ansys ACP 2024 R1
