However, I don't understand why mechanical deformations do not manifest despite the validity of thermal analysis. According to mathematical analysis, mechanical deformations are expected to occur.

You are not plotting deformation, you are plotting strain. Some questions:
- Where is the fixed support applied?
- What is the temperature distribution?
- What are the deformations?
- What are the stresses?
