Welding analysis

  Hello!
  
  I perform stress and deformation analysis on simple welded joints under specific conditions. However, I don't understand why mechanical deformations do not manifest despite the validity of thermal analysis. According to mathematical analysis, mechanical deformations are expected to occur.
  Can someone tell me if I need to activate any feature or extension?

  You are not plotting deformation, you are plotting strain. Some questions:
  1. Where is the fixed support applied?
  2. What is the temperature distribution?
  3. What are the deformations?
  4. What are the stresses?
