hi all, does the ansys workbench can simulate the radiated nosie  in time domain  like the virtural.lab ?  how to do it

Yes, you would use a Coupled Field Transient System.  Within Mechanical you would specify a transient acoustic analysis by picking Acoustics for the "Physics Region."  A time varying boundary condition would produce a transient acoustic result.
