Forum ModeratorNot sure: the only Acle I know is in Norfolk (UK). I'll move to Installation as I suspect Win will know the answer.Â

Ansys EmployeeHi ayushagw,
I saw your screenshots from the other post that you installed ANSYS on the H drive. Is this a local disk drive or a mapped network share drive ?Â
If it's a local disk drive, see below things to check/try; otherwise, I strongly recommend uninstall this and reinstall on a local drive.
Do you have the 'Update' folder in H:ANSYS IncANSYS StudentShared FilesLicensingwinx64Â , if so , move all files in that 'Update' folder to replace the ones in the 'winx64' folder.
We can also avoid using ACLE by following the steps here
/forum/forums/topic/licensing-error-while-opening-ansys-mechanical/
make sure you change version and your installation path accordingly.
Thanks,
Win
