  Which version have you installed? Also check if you have license for vmotion_pre.

  Can you please try to reset the configuration goto start menu type %appdata% and rename the Ansys folder to Ansys.old folder, same way type %temp% and rename .ansys folder to .ansys.old.
  Also, are you able to launch and run other applications within the workbench or standalone application?
