A question regarding the ongoing fatigue analysis history data

I'm currently conducting fatigue analysis on a lower arm, and I'm curious about the meaning and significance of values such as SAEbracketHistory, SAETransmission, and sampleHistory in the loading type called history data. Could you please explain what they represent and under what circumstances they apply?

Those files are just “sample” time history data files that are provided as examples to be used in test models and training.  They are not intended to be used for any real engineering analysis.  If you need to use the Mechanical Fatigue Tool with history data loading, you should create your own history data files.

Using that data, I tried to interpret the fatigue of the lower arm under the assumption of a situation such as when a vehicle passes on bumpy ground or asphalt, but is it too much to do so?

I cannot recommend using those files to form an engineering decision for any application.  They are just examples.  If you need to obtain the appropriate loading data for your component.
