Ansys EmployeeHi Ali,
Go to %temp%.ansys folder, then sort by 'date modified' . Look inside the recent files and do the search to see if you have any 'denied' in there. If so, please post the lines about that here.
Thanks,
Win

Ansys EmployeeHi Ali,
Sorry, you have to sort by 'date modified' , then open the files with recent date. On each file that you open, search for the term 'denied'
Thanks,
Win

SubscriberThanks Win!Â
The only one was this: "Shared license ANSYS Academic Research Mechanical and CFD currently in use by another process." but I know this wasn't the source. Because whenever it happens the error is shown in Ansys itself and doesn't allow me to do anything. My problem right now is only with optimization toolboxÂ

Ansys EmployeeHi Ali,
Just to make sure, can you try it again, and check these logs to see if the 'denied' entry is created ?
Thanks,
Win

Ansys EmployeeAlso, one more thing, look under your installation directory (default location C:Program FilesANSYS IncShared FilesLicensingwinx64  or   C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS StudentShared FilesLicensingwinx64 )  and see if there is 'update' folder in there.
