I am looking for the internet address of the ANSYS manual.

I usually use this address but it's no longer working: www.ansyshelp.ansys.com

Can you tell me where i can find this manual?

If you click on Help in the software it should take you straight there. Similarly, Help in the Start menu.

Okay, but I don't have access from the software. I do not have access to the Internet from this machine where the ANSYS software is located.

So before i went through the customer portal

and this link in "Training and Support"

But it no longer works.

OK, for the local machine you can download the documentation from the Customer Portal (not for the Student build though) to install locally. 

https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/  ought to work, but you'll need an account to log in: that's linked to your licence and not something I can help with.
