ModelCenter 23.2 licensing error

  I have entered the port number and license server I received from my instructor on Licensing Settings, but it still gives me the following error
  
  Error: Unable to check out feature: MC_Level1.
  Reason: Shared Web checkout call to LicensingSettingsUtility for 1 tasks of feature MC_Level1 failed:
  Error Detail: No suitable products found, satisfying the demanded feature.
  Status code: 1

  I have not seen this error before.
  Are you using shared web llicensing?
  ModelCenter does not support Ansys Shared Web Licensing at this time.
