PostGui.engl.exe system error

  User began to recieve this error several weeks ago. ruuning Post on Ansys 2021.
  Seemed user specific .
  Instlled latest version 2023 run fine for two weeks and error has returned ..
  
  any suggestions on a fix ?

  This file should be part of the installation and will be located at a few locations such as:
  Can you see if any of these locations are missing this file? Also, does reinstalling as administrator help?
