How to open fluent in meshing mode?

  When I open fluent (without workbench) it comes with this UI so I don't know how to go to workflow and choose watertight meshing and follow this video:
  &ab_channel=AnsysLearning. It doesn't come with the UI in the video.

  Did you pick Meshing on the Launcher panel? Left side towards the top.

  That's the Solution (Solver) option picked, click on Meshing.
