How to open fluent in meshing mode?

  When I open fluent (without workbench) it comes with this UI so I don't know how to go to workflow and choose watertight meshing and follow this video:
  &ab_channel=AnsysLearning. It doesn't come with the UI in the video.

  Did you pick Meshing on the Launcher panel? Left side towards the top.

  That's the Solution (Solver) option picked, click on Meshing.

  Where it says Read? I clicked on Mesh there, but it took me to select a file - then I selected a .pdmb file
