HFSS stuck or crashed on Linux Red Hat system

  Dear all,
  HFSS software frequently stuck or even crash on our server, I suspect it is because of some graphic incompatibility issues. We use vncviewer to remotely access our server. Here I also attached our server's basic info. I hope someone can help us.

  Please visit https://www.ansys.com/it-solutions/platform-support to check if your setup is fully supported by Ansys.
  If so then update the graphics drivers to the latest version.
  If the problem persists, gather the log files and send them to Ansys Support at customer.ansys.com
