Ansys student version, Element type menu problem

  I am getting this message when I try to use the element type menu in the student version of Ansys APDL. I already uninstalled and deleted all the installation files and downloaded the student version again and did the installation again. But I get the same message. What I can do?

  Can you please translate the error message into english?
  You can also search for AnsGPU.dll for other osts containing that word.

  Ok. Sorry, the error message:
  "The code execution cannot continue because AnsGPU.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may resolve the issue."
  As additional information, I work with an additional screen connected to my notebook.
