Chassis FEA Help

I am analyzing a chassis for our school's FSAE team and ran into a problem where the uprights were expanding while being loaded. I have followed the youtube video guide by ansys to do the analysis on the chassis, so I'm not entirely sure where I went wrong.

Also, after I complete this analysis I need to do the same analysis, but with a floor section that will also be taking load. I have the floor created as a mid surface from space claim, but suppressed until I get the initial analysis working. The main problem that I have ran into with the floor (mid surface) is connecting it to the beams. I have tried connecting it using manual contact regions with no luck once trying to mesh. I am not super experienced in Ansys, so any help that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. I can provide any additional information that I have and thank you in advance! Also, sorry for multiple questions in one post.

      Hi Clayton,

Did you try using the node merge feature?
