I need help: Fatal error – ANSYS

  Hi, my computer had stopped completely recently, so I had to force my computer to shut down. The problem is after that process, I can't start the ANSYS Workbench. Can someone help me?

  Try the following:
  Shut down all open ANSYS Programs.
  
  Then browse to:
  %APPDATA%\Ansys
  Then rename the v### directory to v###.old
  (Where v### coresponds to the version you are running...Ex: v231 for version 2023 R1)
  Now try to run.
