STK license could not be found

  My name is Fabian Resendiz, from the Inter American University of PR – Bayamon Campus.
  I need your assistance in installing STK 12.
  Even though the License Manager detects the license server, when the program is booted, it does not found the STK license.
  Here is proof of what I’m explaining.
